Weekend Schedule

Yes. While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to make our wedding weekend an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax, unwind, and fully enjoy the experience.

Yes. Transportation will be provided to and from for the off-site Welcome party on Friday. Please plan to be in the Parker Palm Springs lobby 10 minutes prior to departure.

We’d love to hear from you when you receive our Save the Dates. However, we will be sending out formal invitations early this summer which will include a physical RSVP. Please mail in your RSVP so we can keep a hard copy track of your attendance and any dietary restrictions! 

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony location 15–20 minutes prior to the start time. This allows time to find seating and get settled before the ceremony begins.

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos or videos so you can be fully present. We have an incredible photographer and videographer capturing the entire weekend and can’t wait to share those memories with you.

Please RSVP no later than 6 weeks prior to our wedding on or before September 4, 2026. We will be sending our invitations early in the summer and a pre-stamped RSVP will be included.

Palm Springs in October is mostly clear, warm, and sunny skies with highs of mid-90s during the day, and upper 50s and 60s in the evening.

Yes. Please note any dietary restrictions on your RSVP card so we can plan accordingly.

If a plus-one is noted on your invitation, you are welcome to bring them. Otherwise, we can’t wait to celebrate with you one-on-one.
